At Blooming Bath, we stand behind our products and quality controls. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Blooming Bath product you purchased from us or one of our authorized sellers, you may request a refund or replacement product. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Blooming Bath 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers. The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser or gift recipient and is limited to the United States.
To submit a Guarantee request, please contact us at support@bloomingbath.com and have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product. If you are making a Guarantee request and received your item as a gift, please have information available on your gift receipt. If your request is approved, you will then need to mail your Blooming Bath product, proof of purchase, and your Guarantee approval confirmation number to Blooming Bath at 6131 Innovation Way, STE 100 Carlsbad, CA 92009.
The Guarantee request should be made within 45 days of the date of purchase. Please note that you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product and proof of purchase.
Blooming Bath reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if customer has abused the Guarantee.

Please note that when buying our products on Amazon, our only authorized seller is us, selling through our own third-party storefront “Blooming Bath” with the business name Upanaway LLC. When buying our products on Walmart, our only authorized seller is Walmart itself.
