What are the dimensions of the different Blooming Baths?

The Blooming Bath Poppy is 30 inches tip to tip. The Original Blooming Bath is 32 inches from tip to tip. The Blooming Bath Lotus is 33 inches tip to tip and the Blooming Bath Pond Pal is 34 inches tip to tip. The center of the bath, where baby's bottom rests, is 10 inches across in diameter on all of our baths.

What is the recommended age for the Blooming Baths?

The Blooming Bath is ideal for newborns to six months, depending on the size of your baby. Since babies range so dramatically in size, there are no set age or weight limitations. The Blooming Bath is held up by the sides of the sink so it is more a matter of whether or not your sink can comfortably and safely accommodate your baby. Many parents also use the Blooming Bath with traditional plastic tubs to create a plush, soft, safe and fun experience. Once your baby outgrows the sink, it can be used as a fun, soft pad for the big tub!

Do the Blooming Baths hold water?

The Blooming Bath Poppy does hold water. The Original, Lotus and Pond Pal Blooming Baths do not hold water. You will need to first insert the stopper inside the drain, then fill up the sink to the desired level and desired temperature before inserting baby. Never run water directly on your baby as water temperature can change quickly.

What materials are the Blooming Baths made with?

Blooming Baths are made from a super soft, plush polyester material on the top, the center is a high quality polyurethane foam and the back is made from a durable polyester mesh back. Our Poppy is made of the same super soft polyester material on the top and the inside is made of a thinner, sturdy Polyethylene foam similar to a pool noodle. The back of the Blooming Bath Poppy and Pond Pal Collection have traction dots to keep the bath in place. None of the Blooming Baths are treated with chemicals or flame retardants.

How do I care for my Blooming Bath?

For our Original, Lotus and Pond Pal, first, wring out the excess water by rolling the bath and pushing the water down and out. From there, you can hang dry the bath via the loop on back, or toss in the washer or dryer. The Blooming Bath Original, Lotus and Pond Pal collections are all washer and dryer safe on delicate cycle. We recommend washing after every few uses with warm water and mild detergent. Our Blooming Bath Poppy is washer safe and should be laid flat to dry. This foam doesn't absorb water, which makes for quick drying times.

Where are the Blooming Baths manufactured?

Can I include a gift message or gift wrap with my order?

Absolutely! Once you reach the checkout page, there is an option to add a gift message and/or a gift bag to your order. Our super cute reusable gift bags can be purchased for a nominal charge.


I received two different promo codes and one isn't working, can I use both when checking out?

Most promotional codes can not be combined, if you have received two different promo codes and one of them is not working, you will need to choose which promo code you want to apply to your order. We're afraid that for the most part, you cannot combine or stack multiple promo codes at the same time. You're more than welcome to contact Customer Service if you need more clarification on this so that we can be of more help!


I am shipping the Blooming Bath as a gift. Will the recipient see the price of the Blooming Bath?

We never include price of the Blooming Bath inside the box. Your email receipt is the only place you will see prices.

How long will it take for my Blooming Bath to ship and be delivered?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Weekends not included. Standard free shipping orders are shipped by Fedex Smartpost and customers typically receive their order within 4-9 business days once the item is shipped. We do offer expedited shipping options via USPS Priority and FedEx at checkout. Weekend delivery is not available with Fedex Air shipments (overnight, 2 day, 3 day). Blooming Baths are shipped from our warehouse in Southern California.

Viewing/Tracking Orders

We will send you a confirmation when your order ships along with a tracking number. Or you can check the status of your order on our website at anytime by signing in to My Account (if you created an account before placing the order). Enter your email address and password to view the status of all existing and previous orders. You may also contact our Customer Support for order status information.

Returns & Exchanges


Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have set specific guidelines return and exchange policy to ensure a quick and hassle-free return and or exchange process. We have a fully staffed team of experts who can walk you step by step through this process.


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the product within 30 days of receipt as long as the product is returned in new, unused, and resale-able condition inside its original packaging. Your items must have been purchased from our website to receive a refund/credit from us under our Returns & Exchanges terms.

We do not accept returns or exchanges from for purchases bought from other retailers under our Returns & Exchanges terms. Those purchases must be returned to place of purchase based on and are subject to their return policy.

All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund, in-store credit, or credit to the original method of payment. We will credit you for the purchase price of the items only, upon receipt of the product by our warehouse, less any applicable restocking fees.

We do not refund the shipping fees paid. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please note if you return a product that has free shipping our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund ($7-10). A restocking charge may apply to specifically noted products. Certain orders cannot be returned due to their uniqueness and/or personalization to your specific request - these products will be specifically noted as being non-refundable at time of checkout. Additional fees may apply if not returned in original packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.

Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Please keep in mind, credit card companies vary in the time they take to post credits. Our normal refund processing time for returned items is one week, from receipt of the item. However, in extreme instances, it may take up to two weeks to process a return and refund a credit card.

If you are returning a product that was originally purchased with a gift certificate, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund. If you are returning a product that was given to you as a gift, the refund will be applied to the original form of payment (purchaser), or you have the option to receive an in-store credit.

In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged or defective, please email us within 30 days and we will send you the correct product, replacement product, or replacement parts at no cost to you.


Are there any retail stores where I can go to purchase the Blooming Baths?

Yes, we have several retailers including BuyBuyBaby, Target, Walmart, TJ Maxx, Marshalls and over 100 boutique retailers in the USA alone! In store at all Target locations you can find our Blooming Bath Lotus in Yellow with a brown center. At most Walmarts you will find our Gray / Gray Lotus and at buyBuyBaby you will find our Lotus in Yellow, Pink, Blue and Gray.

Is My Personal Information Safe?

When you purchase something from us we send your credit card information, name, billing address and the order dollar amount to your credit card company for authorization and approval. Your name, telephone number and shipping information must be provided to third party shippers such as FedEx to deliver your package.

We reserve the right to release personally identifiable information if required by law or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process, and when we believe it is necessary for fraud protection or credit risk reduction.
